ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Abby Elliott, a creative and detail-driven Interior Design student at the Gibbs College of Architecture, University of Oklahoma. With a strong foundation in spatial planning and material selection, I’m passionate about designing spaces that are as functional as they are aesthetically pleasing.

Since 2023, I’ve successfully completed projects from Studio 1 through Studio 4 within the Interior Design program, sharpening my skills in layout planning, material selection, and creative concept development. Along the way, I’ve gained hands-on experience as an Interior Designer (In Training) with GPE Investments, working on a full remodel of a single-family residence in Norman, Oklahoma, designing spaces including the kitchen, primary bath, wall treatments, cabinetry, and flooring materials.

In addition to my academic and internship experiences, I’m also the co-owner of Bluestem Studio LLC, where I design and create custom jewelry, wreaths, and home décor items for craft shows and fairs across Oklahoma. This creative venture has helped refine my eye for color, texture, and detail in a wide range of design applications.

Proficient in CAD, Revit, and Lumion, I’m always excited to bring fresh ideas to life and eager to continue growing through real-world experiences in dynamic, innovative environments.

When I'm not immersed in interior design, you’ll usually find me exploring vintage shops.
